Come join one of the friendliest bowls clubs in Gauteng. The annual subscription fees are all inclusive, covering subscription, green fees and affiliation fees. Early payment results in a 5% discount on subscriptions. Further savings for family memberships are available.

We have two registered bowls coaches and new bowlers are entitled to three free coaching lessons at a time that suits both parties before they are asked to fill in an application form. This gives novices a chance to see if lawn bowls is the sport for them. Age is no barrier, with Reading members ranging from 12 years old to 93 years young.
Casual dress is worn on a Wednesday and on public holidays, with play starting at 9 am. Club colours or “whites” are worn at the weekend with play starting at 2 pm on Saturdays and 9 am on Sundays.
